Biography

After the first times on skis at the age of 3, the passion for ski racing was born. The first races at regional level and some little successes brought me to the decision: I wanted to be a professional ski racer.

For that reason I opted for the Sports School Malles in Italy, because it was the only possibility to combine Sport and School. Now I am really happy about my decision because I was not only able to train on a really high quality but also to get a degree and reach a positive result in my final exams. Thanks to some very good sports results, I could join the National Team in 2014. When participating in my very first World Cup Race in Sölden in October 2014, a big dream came true. Scoring my first European Cup points and winning the Italian National Junior Title in Giant Slalom brought me some extra motivation. The 2015/16 season came to an end with my very first points in World Cup, the first victory in a European Cup race and a second place in European Cup.

In the next few seasons I was able to win 6 European Cup races and to bring myself in several positions in Top 30 in the World Cup. The year after, I could bring home the Overall in the European Cup. The Season 2019/20 was the best so far for me, with three times Top 10 in the World Cup. Unfortunarely I suffered an injury on my knee, which would stop me for the rest of the season. But I will work hard to be back as soon as possible.
